Recently, AVE® partnered with The Misfits Media Company to deliver SAP HR Connect at two iconic venues: the Bell Shakespeare Theatre and the Australian Chamber Orchestra. Often, it’s the equipment working behind the scenes that ensures a smooth event, and SAP HR Connect was no exception. With over 700 guests across five rooms, an expo in the shared foyer and the added demand for livestreaming/video recording, we had to develop tailored solutions for each space.
AVE® worked with a dedicated livestream service, using two discreet ceiling-mounted Panasonic AW-UE150 4K PTZ cameras in the Keynote room and another in a second room to capture various angles for livestreaming and post-event on-demand content. For vision, we used a mix of LED screens and projectors throughout the venues. Our Panasonic PT-RZ12K Laser Projectors proved to be ideal for the smaller, naturally bright Belgiorno Room in the Australian Chamber Orchestra.
